Terms of Service

By accessing or using the maivis platform (“Service”) provided by Mango Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mango Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre and licensed under DIFC CL5222.

maivis is a family wealth intelligence platform that aggregates financial data from connected accounts and documents, calculates a Family Resilience Score, and provides AI-generated analysis. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services. We are a technology platform only. All investment and financial decisions remain solely your responsibility.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial from the date of account activation. Following the free trial, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically. You may cancel at any time prior to the end of the 7-day free trial without incurring any charge.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access to the Service is secured via FIDO2 passkey authentication. You must notify us immediately at security@maiviswealth.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Documents stored in the Vault are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using keys managed by Google Cloud KMS hosted in GCP me-central1 (Middle East, Doha). Financial values are used to power AI analysis; personally identifiable information is never transmitted to AI providers. AI processing occurs via Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform under contractual Zero Data Retention obligations. We process personal data in accordance with DIFC Data Protection Law 2020.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

maivis and its associated marks, agent names, and design elements are the exclusive property of Mango Technologies Ltd (trading as Sterling Forte Technology Ltd). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your uploaded documents and financial data remain your property.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, share credentials, or use the service to circumvent financial regulations. Commercial resale of insights is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify Mango Technologies Ltd (trading as Sterling Forte Technology Ltd) from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with 30 days' notice via your registered email. Material changes to these Terms require your acceptance to continue using the service.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to DIFC Courts (Small Claims Tribunal for claims under AED 500,000). Governing law: DIFC Law No. 2 of 2021.

Both parties agree to treat proprietary information as confidential. Your financial data is never shared with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy and Sub-Processor List.
