maivis is a Family Wealth Intelligence platform operated by Mango Technologies Ltd. (DIFC CL5222), DIFC Innovation Hub, Gate Avenue, Dubai, UAE. Provides tools to track, aggregate, and visualise family financial assets across countries and asset classes via maiviswealth.com, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.

maivis is NOT a regulated financial advisory service, investment manager, bank, or licensed financial institution. All data is member-provided or aggregated read-only. maivis does not provide financial advice, execute trades, hold custody, or recommend, endorse, or arrange specific financial products.

2.1 Free Tier

Permanent, no credit card. Includes: 1 country, 1 family member, 3 physical assets, basic net worth view, Wealth Resilience Index, monthly WhatsApp summary.

2.2 Family Subscription

$29/month or $250/year per family. Unlimited family members, all countries, all features.

2.3 Day 60 Reverse Trial

All new members get 60 days full Family Subscription access, no credit card. On Day 60, non-subscribers revert to Free Tier. Data never deleted. Upgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription.

2.4 Billing

Web/desktop: Stripe. Monthly plans cancel anytime (end of period). Annual plans: full refund within 30 days, no refund after.

2.5 Price Changes

60 days advance notice via WhatsApp and email. Does not affect current billing period.

Personal family wealth tracking only. You agree not to: resell or redistribute access; scrape data except through authorised APIs (including the MCP Integration Layer); reverse engineer the platform; use maivis data for third-party advisory services; share login credentials outside your family unit; use maivis for unlawful purposes; or circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

All data, scores, intelligence, and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The Wealth Resilience Index, AI briefings, portfolio analysis, and subscription audit results are generated by AI models (Gemini Flash, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6). These outputs may contain errors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

maivis holds no regulatory licence to provide investment advice under DFSA, SEBI, FCA, SEC, FINRA, or any other regulator. You are solely responsible for financial decisions. Consult qualified professionals.

Substance-over-form risk: If AI intelligence becomes sufficiently personalised to constitute a personal recommendation, this disclaimer does not override the applicable regulator's classification. maivis is engineered to remain within informational boundaries.

Documents encrypted on your device via AES-256-GCM. Encryption key derived from FIDO2/WebAuthn passkey via Argon2id. Key never transmitted to servers. Loss of all registered passkeys = permanent, irrecoverable vault loss. No recovery mechanism exists. Mango Technologies Ltd. is never liable for data loss from lost credentials.

Account creator (Owner role) is account owner. You are responsible for: obtaining consent from adult family members (see Privacy Policy Section 12); verifiable guardian consent for minors under 18; all actions under your account; accuracy of family member information. Each family member receives a WhatsApp invitation and must accept before inclusion.

maivis may communicate via WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API), email (Gmail API), Telegram, push notifications, in-app messaging, or Instagram direct messages, based on your preferences. Manage preferences at Settings → Notifications.

Data handled per Privacy Policy (maiviswealth.com/privacy). Cookie usage per Cookie Policy (maiviswealth.com/cookies). DPAs documented in DPA Review Checklist v2.2.

By registering, you consent to WhatsApp messages via Meta Cloud API. Opt out by replying "STOP" (disables WhatsApp interface). Metadata transits Meta US servers (see Privacy Policy Section 13). All communications archived for regulatory compliance.

maivis, the logo, Wealth Resilience Index, WRI stage system (Generational, Protected, Structured, Organised, Exposed), Family Wealth Wrapped, and all content, code, algorithms, AI prompt libraries, and documentation are Mango Technologies Ltd.'s exclusive property.

You retain ownership of your financial data, documents, and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for providing the service.

9.1 By You

Delete anytime via Settings or privacy@maiviswealth.com. Data removed per Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9.2 By Us

Suspend/terminate for violations with 24 hours notice. Immediate for serious breaches. Your right to use maivis ceases immediately upon termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by DIFC law, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Not liable for: financial losses based on maivis outputs; vault data loss from lost credentials; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits; service interruptions.

Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under DIFC law. Limitation period: 6 years (DIFC Courts Law No. 2 of 2025, Article 28).

You indemnify Mango Technologies Ltd. from claims arising from: your use of maivis; violation of these Terms or applicable law; content you submit; or reliance on AI-generated intelligence for financial decisions.

Governed by DIFC law (Contract Law No. 6 of 2004, Electronic Transactions Law No. 2 of 2017). English governs interpretation.

12.1 Tiered Resolution

Step 1: Informal resolution via legal@maiviswealth.com (30 days). Step 2: DIFC Mediation Centre (DIFC Courts Law No. 2 of 2025). Step 3: Exclusive jurisdiction of DIFC Courts (Small Claims Tribunal for claims under AED 500,000). No mandatory arbitration for consumer disputes at this price point.

30 days advance notice via WhatsApp and email. Continued use = acceptance. Discontinue and delete your account before the effective date if you disagree.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy (maiviswealth.com/privacy) + Cookie Policy (maiviswealth.com/cookies).
• Severability: Unenforceable provisions limited to minimum extent; remainder continues.
• Waiver: Non-enforcement is not waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign without consent. We may assign on merger/acquisition/asset sale.
• Force Majeure: Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control.
