Pricing and Product Model

Previously stated

We described pricing as a per-family fee, including amounts such as $500/month or $5,000/year, and referenced a family-office channel and a money-back guarantee.

Correction

maivis is a direct-to-family product. The price is $29/month, flat. The closed beta is free for the first 3 months, after which it becomes $29/month. There is no per-family fee, no annual plan, no family-office or advisor channel for consumers, and no money-back guarantee. The free beta window replaces any earlier trial or refund language.

GCP Region: Data Location

Previously stated

We described our data location as "Dubai, UAE" (e.g., "Google Cloud Dubai").

Correction

The correct location is Doha, Qatar. Google Cloud is physically in Doha, Qatar, not Dubai, UAE. Dubai is in the UAE; Doha is in Qatar. All storage, compute, and Cloud SQL run in Google Cloud (Doha, Qatar). AI processing (Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform) runs on Google Cloud global endpoints with contractual Zero Data Retention, not in any single geographic region.

Vault Encryption Posture

"Zero-knowledge encryption, your key never leaves your device"

Correction

Vault files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Encryption keys are managed by Google Cloud KMS in Google Cloud (Doha, Qatar). The server holds an in-memory decryption key during file access only. It is never persisted to disk or logs. True client-side-only (WebAuthn PRF) key derivation, where the decryption key never touches the server, is planned for a future release (EPIC-21).

Family Resilience Score Scale

Score range 0–1,000

Correction

Score range 0–100. The Family Resilience Score (formerly Wealth Resilience Index) was rescaled from 0–1,000 to 0–100 to improve clarity and benchmarkability. The underlying calculation algorithm is unchanged; only the display scale changed. All historical scores have been converted proportionally.
